Simon thinks his life is boring and they all do the same thing all the time and they should change. Kurt tells him in fact the reason he goes to the pub every night is in case a sexy rich woman comes in and invites him back to her appartment for a night of sex!
Simon means it though, he is becoming fed up. He only has 24 numbers in his phone and his class do more in a day than he does in a month. He decides he needs to do something but doesn't know what. Susan suggests he takes some time off and has a holiday but Simon turns up the next day with a open ended plane ticket to South America leaving on Saturday. Susan is shocked and tells him he is being ridiculous, he can't just leave and give up his job. He realises she's right but then finds out the ticket it non-refundable and decides to go. He goes and resigns and Clare goes mental. No-one wants him to go but they throw him a leaving party and Jenny kisses him.
Jenny's also fed up, with Alec. She thinks their relationship is too routine and she decides to dump him but doesn't know how. Then she gets really drunk and tells him he's boring, she's not in love with him and she's breaking up with him. The next morning he thinks it was just because she was drunk but she tells him she meant what she said.
Kurt is annoyed when he finds another Kurt McKenna on the Internet who's done everything like walked across Africa and scaled mountains. Kurt's upset that now he'll never be THE Kurt McKenna.
Clare's introduced a stationary amnesty where everyone has to hand in all their stationary but of course no-one bothers. She then says that everything is now going to be kept under lock and key. Carol has the key and is pleased now she thinks she has some power but J.P takes the piss and keeps going and asking her for random things.
