Brian still fancies Eileen. When Bob complains about the food in the canteen, Brian stands up and sticks up for the dinnerladies. He makes a fool of himself but Eileen's impressed and asks Brian what he's doing that night. He doesn't realise at first but she was asking him out and he agrees. He doesn't know what to talk about so he asks the others. Lindsay asks what he talked about on his last date and he says it was how he thought Andrew Ridgley was the gay one in Wham! He also memorises some facts. On the date they go to a fair and she doesn't seem impressed with his facts. He ends up blurting out about Andrew Ridgley and she says she thought the same. After that things go a lot better and she kisses him and asks him back to her's but he says no and that he wants to take things slowly.
Kurt tells Brian going out with someone isn't easy and that he has to give compliments and things. Brian's a bit confused and then one of this students tells him if you have a girlfriend you have to clean your teeth and lot, read her poetry and phone her at least three times a day. He starts cleaning his teeth but his gums bleed and he phones her but most of the time he hasn't even got anything to say. She gives him a Wham tape that he doesn't like and extra food that he can't eat. He gets fed up and he dumps her. She says she didn't even know they were together so she's not bothered. Brian's later gutted when he remembers he forgot to sleep with her!
