There's a ponography problem at school. Someone is dropping a pile of pictures off the roof each morning but they have stuck pictures of the staff's heads over them. Kurt and Brian are loving them and so is Simon until some appear with his and Bob's heads on them. They find out it's Ian Potter and Simon has to suspend him for a few days but makes it sound like its a good thing so Ian doesn't go off him.
Simon's having problems filling in his application form and is worried when he finds out 23 people have applied for the job.
Pauline tells Simon that she caught Bob looking at her chest but Simon doesn't want to say anything to Bob because he will be part of the panel at his interview but he realises he has to but Bob goes mad and said there's no way he's getting the job now.
Later Pauline tells Susan she doesn't want the matter to go any further but to get Simon off the hook Susan tells Bob she saw him looking at her chest so Bob thinks maybe he did look at Pauline's aswell and goes and makes up with Simon and asks him not to take it further.
Kurt keeps translating everything Carol says which annoys Brian and then when Carol leaves the pub, Kurt makes up a rubbish excuse and leaves just after her.
Student Bev goes into labour and Simon totally panics but they get her to hospital and she has a boy.
