Simon's interview is coming up and he keeps having nightmares that he's running round the school naked and someone's after him. Susan tells him it's because he's nervous but each time he has one there's something else added. First Jenny is after him but then something else is there too in the next one.
After the interviews, Simon walks out looking miserable but then he walks back and starts dancing round the office, he's got the job!
Liz catches Kurt and Carol kissing and tells everyone else and Kurt admits he likes her and of course they all just laugh at him!
Susan wants her Head of Year job back but Jenny wants it too. Liz tells Simon that Jenny's shafted Susan and told Clare she's not up to it. Simon tells Susan and when Jenny gets the job Susan is angry but Jenny says she didnt say anything and Liz later admits she was just reading between the lines and nothing was actually said. But it gets Simon in Jenny's bad books even more and after the staff party he is forced to get a taxi to Kurt and Brian's alone with Jenny after Brian drags Susan in one with him, Kurt and Carol. Simon admits he's been stupid and they talk and then admit to lusting after each other and then they go back to Jenny's and sleep together. Afterwards Simon has the nightmare again but this time both Jenny and Maggie are after him but then he walks another way and is free. Simon then talks to Susan about it and then goes back home and breaks up with Maggie telling her he really likes her but there's nothing more.
