Bob isn't the most popular member of staff. He is most often seen having a go at people, particularly Simon.
At the start of the series he is married to Yvonne but she kicks him out for the satallite installation bloke, which Bob does not stop going on about. He swears all the time and is bald, fat and red in the face.
Although he sleeps with both Liz and Clare in Series 3, he is so fed up of being alone in Series 4 that he buys a Thai bride named Ping off the internet but of course she doesn't like him either!
